1 hour - $75

Resume - Premium (2+ pages)

2 hours - $150

For experienced professionals and managers. Strategic structure, custom formatting, keyword optimization, and one revision included.

Tech Services (Limited)

I provide software support only. No hardware repairs, replacements, or part installations. All services are handled personally by me and are available by appointment only after regular work hours. 


Virus / Malware Removal — $140⏱ 1–2 hours

  • Full system scan and removal 
  • Cleanup and performance      optimization 
  • Security recommendations.


OS Reinstall / System Refresh — $200⏱ 2–3 hours

  • Clean Windows reinstall 
  • Driver and basic software      installation 
  • Optional data backup (extra fee)


Software Installation & Setup — $80⏱ 30–60 min

  • Install software and configure      settings 
  • Activate licenses (provided by      customer) 
  • Verify compatibility


 Remote Support – $50/hr (30 min minimum)

  • Troubleshooting, installation, optimization, and light cleanup via secure remote connection. 
  • Ideal for quick fixes and software assistance. 
  • Appointment required.


On-Site Visit – $75/hr (1 hour minimum) + travel fee (if applicable) 

  • Software support at the client’s location. 
  • Service available throughout the island of Puerto Rico. 
  • Travel fees may apply depending on the distance. 
  • Appointment required and subject to availability.


On-site services are available across Puerto Rico. A travel fee may apply depending on the location. Travel cost will be confirmed at the time of booking.   


Policies

  • Software only — no hardware service. 
  • Proof of ownership is required for sensitive services. 
  • Backup services are available at an additional cost. 
  • An Authorization form is required for third-party or deceased-owner devices.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer 24 hour support?

 No. I currently offer services by appointment only after 5:00 PM on weekdays and flexible hours on weekends.
However, I do my best to respond to messages and emails as quickly as possible. Rush service is available for urgent cases (additional fee applies). 

Do you offer trainings on new software?

 Yes, basic one-on-one training can be scheduled by appointment for supported software.
This includes installation guidance, configuration, and showing you how to use the tool effectively.
I don’t offer corporate or group trainings at this time 

How secure is the service?

 I use trusted and licensed software tools for all technical services.


For sensitive services like password resets, I require proof of ownership or legal authorization to protect both the client and myself.
I do not store or access personal data unless necessary to complete the service. 


How can I book an appointment?


 Appointments can be booked directly through the website.

  • Monday–Friday: After 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Flexible hours
    Rush appointments may be available for an extra fee.


Do you offer services outside the Metro area? 


Yes! I offer on-site services across Puerto Rico.
A travel fee may apply depending on the distance from my location.
